Having completed your sex inventory and digesting all of the truths through the writing we come to the final part. It is brief and you are nearly finished with the writing, for now.
The Big Book reads "In this way we tried to shape a sane and sound ideal for our future sex life. We subjected each relation to this test --- was it selfish or not? We asked God to mold our ideals and help us to live up to them. We remember always that our sex powers were God-given and therefore good, neither to be used lightly or selfishly nor to be despised and loathed."
Write out your ideal relationship as it relates to sex.

Now read pages 72 - 75 up until the end of the second full paragraph that ends with "Spirit of the Universe" and arrange to begin your 5th Step. The writing of your 4th Step was only but a beginning and there is more to do but the heavy lifting is done for now.
